Expression of Interest (EOI) for Dealership

Through joint ventures, Eco-Friendly Initiatives pioneer Gangour Group is setting up production units for Bio-CNG, Bio-PNG, and organic fertilizer. For the above reason, we are appointing authorized dealers to carry out our transportation, Napier shredding, raw material management, and sale of organic fertilizers so that we maintain seamless operations. Below is the detailed Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for becoming an authorized dealer:

Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)

Application Submission:

Visit our official website to apply online for the role you want. Before you submit your application make sure you review the company’s terms and conditions. Make sure all information provided is correct and true. Any applications containing false or incomplete details will be rejected immediately.

Document Verification:

Once you apply, our representatives will call to verify the required documents. Considering your qualifications, previous experience, and concurrence with our requirements, we will give appointments. Applications submitted herein may be rejected by the company and its decision in this respect shall be finalise.

Approval Notification:

After your application is approved, you will be provided with official email from Gangour Group to accept your application. If you have any questions after that, you’ll receive further instructions in this email.

Deposit Submission:

Once you agree to become an authorized dealer you must submit a refundable security deposit within 7 working days to secure your position. The deposit details are:

  • Account Name: Gangour Group
  • Account Number: 088305001908
  • IFSC Code: ICICI0004330
  • Bank Name: ICICI Bank, Reti Stand Branch, Udaipur

Important Notes:

If no work is allocated within six months, the deposit amount will be refunded. However, there will be no interest paid on the deposit After work is allocated, the deposit will stay with the company until the end of the work period.

Work Allocation:

The tasks will be allocated on a first come first served basis. One application can only be submitted for one task. Once this is applied a work order will be generated that will contain all the terms and conditions of the work.


Receipt and MoU Submission:

  • Deposit Receipt: An official acknowledgment of your payment.
  • Welcome Letter: A formal confirmation of your authorized dealer status.
  • MoU Document: You will get a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on your registered email. You must:
  • Print the MoU on green legal paper
  • Sign it and send two copies via post to the following address:
  • 240-245, Samriddhi Complex, Sector 11, Udaipur, 313002.
  • Dealer Onboarding and Commencement:
  • Once you receive the signed MoU, you’re officially onboarded as an authorized dealer. You’ll follow the instructions contained in the work order in doing so.

Refund Policy:

  • In the event that no work is being allocated to the client within six (6) month period, it will have the client's deposit amount refunded in full. The interest won't apply on this amount though.

Post-Allotment Responsibilities:

  • After work has been assigned the dealer must follow every detail in the work order specifics. Performance reviews on a regular basis will be conducted to ensure that quality and efficiency are achieved in the way we do business.

  • Being an authorized dealer, Gangour Group will assist and support you for comprehensive training, operational support, and updates periodically for smooth execution of the assigned tasks.
